Development as of March 24, 2012 (Saturday)

I, my mother and my cousin went to visit the construction site of Lancaster Estates. Here are some photo shots on the construction site for all the buyers who want to have an idea on the construction progress.

Somerset 2 Construction Site

One  of the things that I've notice is the numerous pile of pre-cast walls in SS2. This area is the most active in construction as of the moment.

The most number of houses that were already constructed are from SS4.

Manchester 1 Construction Site

We bought a Manchester model but at MS7. We tried to see how will the units of Manchester be constructed, what will be the materials to be used for us to asses the strength and design of it. However, the only area with materials ready are in MS1.

These are some materials that are being used in construction. I'm not sure if this is for KS, SS or MS units. But from what I have observed, I think these are being used in Lancaster Villages units.

Manchester 5 Construction Site

In MS5, only soil is being dug to pattern the street layout.

The first unit that I've reserved is a Margaret corner unit in SS5. At the right side corner of the street is where we were suppose to be living before changing my mind. I transferred to a Gabrielle unit in MS7, which was really my first preference.

I checked the wideness of the streets for SS5.

Manchester 6 Construction Site

MS6 is not yet being constructed. This is the end of the Lancaster hi-way as of our visit. It will be connected to Open Canal and eventually to Daang Hari extension. MS6 is located at the left side of the photo.

Lancaster Chapel

The interior of the chapel is being polished and some seats are now in pile.

As of our visit, these are the current phases on the master plan.

For all the buyers of Lancaster units, it is better to check the site from time to time to have an idea on how and where your unit will be constructed. I, personally, am very particular to the materials that they use. After all, we should be getting what is right from what we are paying for.
